Flats in Borsigwalde.

Right now 2 from Vonovia, Deutsche Wohnen – as of the last check of the listing pages. New finds appear on this page with key details only for two hours – in the alert, immediately.

Turn on notifications at wohnalert.com and select Reinickendorf in your search profile – right in the browser after signing up or logging in. WohnAlert checks the official providers around the clock, every 30 seconds to 5 minutes, and sends you every new flat in Reinickendorf as a push. Borsigwalde is part of Reinickendorf. The alert on this page only reports flats whose listing names Borsigwalde; if you also want the neighbouring areas, select all of Reinickendorf in the app.

The push opens the landlord's original listing directly – that's where you apply; WohnAlert itself doesn't rent out anything. With state-owned companies and private landlords such as Vonovia or Deutsche Wohnen, the contact form in the listing is usually enough – apply while the listing is online; the landlord decides who gets invited. With cooperatives, on the other hand, membership is often required: buying shares, sometimes with a waiting period. In Borsigwalde, all 3 listings come from private landlords. That's why it pays to become a member of two or three cooperatives in advance. You can spot listings marked “Cooperative” in the list above; some of them are explicitly open to non-members too – the listing will say so.

Nothing. The basic notification is free for good (2 hours after discovery). An instant push (Premium) is in preparation and can't be booked yet.

Not always. Most listings are not subsidised; where a WBS is required, it says so in the listing and in our notification.
