WohnAlert does not let flats itself and is not party to any tenancy agreement. The service points to listings that landlords, housing cooperatives, property managers and agents publish on their own websites and links to them. The original listing at the provider is always decisive; the respective provider is responsible for its content. We give no guarantee for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data we take over. Market figures, rent-index classifications and estimates of admission chances at cooperatives are derived automatically from public sources and are not advice.
