FAQ
Which landlords does WohnAlert monitor in Plagwitz?
The municipal LWB (36.700 flats), the cooperatives BGL (8.800), VLW (6.400), WOGETRA (4.800) and Lipsia (7.900), plus Grand City, TAG Wohnen, Vonovia and ImmVest Wolf – every five minutes. WBG Kontakt (15.000) and UNITAS currently let only via portals; they are missing until they publish their own lists.
Do I need a WBS in Leipzig?
Rarely – Leipzig has only around 1.800 subsidised, rent-restricted flats. Where a WBS is required, it says so in the listing, and WohnAlert picks up that information. Sachsen has had its own, higher income limits since 2026.
